FAQ
How and when will I be matched with a group coaching cohort?
As late-career faculty members from across the country register for the program, our team will actively match you with a cohort of your peers that will meet on one of the weekdays and times you select during the registration process. Best efforts will be made to ensure no two cohort members are from the same institution, and we guarantee that no two cohort members will be from the same department. As soon as you have been matched, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to officially introduce you to your expert coach and fellow cohort members, and we will send a Zoom calendar invitation for your group coaching sessions.
What weekdays and times are available for group coaching cohorts?
For the upcoming Fall Semester offering of the Late-Career FacultyLEGACY Program, you will be able to choose between the following four cohorts for the 1-hour group coaching sessions:
- Wednesdays at 11 AM ET (10 AM CT | 9 AM MT | 8 AM PT)
- Wednesdays at 3 PM ET (2 PM CT | 1 PM MT | 12 Noon PT)
- Thursdays at 11 AM ET (10 AM CT | 9 AM MT | 8 AM PT)
- Thursdays at 3 PM ET (2 PM CT | 1 PM MT | 12 Noon PT)
How do I take advantage of my included 1:1 coaching sessions?
In addition to the weekly group coaching sessions, your registration fee also includes access to four optional 1:1 coaching sessions with your expert coach. These 30-minute sessions can be scheduled on mutually convenient dates and times for you and your coach, with booking instructions provided during your first group coaching session.

Participating in the Late-Career FacultyLEGACY Program involves weekly attendance at a 1-hour group coaching session held via Zoom, weekly completion of an On Demand video course (average length: 45 minutes), and weekly reflection exercises (estimated completion time for each: 30 minutes). In addition, you will have the option to book up to four 1:1 coaching sessions throughout the program to further support your unique goals, with each lasting 30 minutes.
