Lashanti Jupp, MPhil is a Program Associate with Templeton World Charity Foundation (TWCF), where she supports the Global Advocacy Launch division of the foundation. She is responsible for all administrative tasks related to Launch grants, as well as helping to devise advocacy strategies, and support on consideration of new grants for dissemination, amplification and advocacy for the foundation priority areas. She earned a BSc in Marine Biology from Barry University and subsequently received an MPhil in Conservation Leadership from University of Cambridge. Prior to joining TWCF, Lashanti served as Program Assistant at the Perry Institute for Marine Science and independently conducted research and grassroots advocacy to inform policy about natural resources in Bahamian ecosystems. Lately she has worked in government relations, strengthening organizational and community partnerships.
