Instructor
Vicki Baker, PhD is an award-winning scholar, educator, and higher education leader recognized as a “Top 100 Visionary” in Education by the Global Forum for Education and Learning. She currently serves as the E. Maynard Aris Endowed Professor of Economics and Management at Albion College, where she is Associate Dean for Strategic Partnerships & Innovation and Chair of the Economics & Management Department. A Fulbright Specialist alumna, Vicki is committed to helping faculty, institutions, and leaders thrive through innovation, mentorship, and strategic development. She holds a PhD in Higher Education and an MS in Management & Organization from Penn State University, an MBA from Clarion University, and a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with HR certification from Villanova and SHRM. Vicki is a prolific author, with over 120 scholarly publications and multiple books focused on faculty and mid-career development. Her work has been featured in major media outlets, and she co-founded Lead Mentor Develop, LLC, where she consults on leadership and organizational change.
